Train Less = More Gains Here's how I train less and make more gains, I have heard people talk about minimalist training and I guess this is it! It is easy, quick and simple to do. I used to train 5-6 X a week and the benefits were good, but no where near as good as what I am achieving after i started training less. This is due to lots of factors but I think the most important factor is rest and recovery. Not only does this mean you allow your muscle to grow but it means you can give 100% effort every workout which ultimately means more gains. Bodyweight training has changed my life in so many ways and continues to blow my mind with how it correlates to so many other tasks in life physically and mentally. I have fallen in love with bodyweight training and I have embarked on this endless journey.
