Type 1 diabetes cookery school | Diabetes UK Cymru

Diabetes UK Cymru’s first cookery school for young adults aged 18-30. Participants were invited to spend the evening cooking a three course Italian meal under the guidance of an expert Italian chef. The evening included talks from a dietitian and a young person living with Type 1 diabetes. It also covered information and practical tips for planning and preparing healthy meals.
