"Backstreet Boy" by Zoroa [All Coins] | Geometry Dash 2.2

I don't think anyone was expecting Zoroa to be in this, especially because the level wasn't shown in the original album teaser image. Without that, and not too similar styles in the others, it makes sense that nobody would guess him. He also hasn't made a 2.2 level yet, which adds a bit to the surprise. I invited him exactly because of his different style, as I wanted these levels to be as varied as possible. This is also a level with a lot of vocals, which is something I thought he could handle well. I'd say the final result delivered in that sense and the visuals overall, featuring a cool city theme and the color orange, as requested by NCS due to the genre (synthwave). The mix with purple, as well as some yellow and red later on, works really well. As for the gameplay, I think Zoroa made it pretty interesting with lots of 2.2 tools. It does end up a bit gimmicky, which is something I think many players will complain about. I suspect the part at 1:05 will get the most heat, where you wall jump back and forth by clicking on the walls. The camera being locked to the player gives it a really cool feeling when you do complete it, and I don't think it's too bad with some practice. It also gives you a text explanation if you die right at the start, with a delayed respawn, which should help. Still, this will undoubtedly get some comments. The same goes for the vertical spider earlier on and the back and forth part at the end. Maybe it should have been more than 9 Stars?
