10 Minute POISED Ab Workout No Equipment - Caroline Girvan

Simply roll out your mat and prepare for a quick 10 minute ab workout to help strengthen the abdominal muscles. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did! The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, 5 seconds rest to get into position for next exercise! If it takes a few extra seconds to settle into position, take your time! As always, adapt the workout to suit you. With lowering of the legs, only lower to where is comfortable for you. Focus on each rep individually and take your time throughout!
