In 20 minutes, we'll get in a fast walking workout that will help you to get more fit, and lose weight. Walking intervals are great for burning lots of calories and shedding unwanted fat. To make the workout your own, find the right walking pace for you. If you've been active for a while, you can pick up the walking pace to a slow jog, or go full-on and run it out when I'm walking. You can change the pace so you get the best results for YOU. We'll change exercises every 20 seconds today, and our beats per minute is 140 which is the fastest pace in a workout on my channel. Change it up, according to what you need. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2354 steps.
