Apex officially released Pathfinders origin story yesterday and it is amazing. The Apex Legends Lore filled cinematic was called The Truth and featured a look at how Pathfinder was created. In this video I look at the full origin story cinematic and explain all of the details that you might have missed in pathfinders story. You get to see exactly how Pathfinder was created and where he was created. Pathfinder looking for his creators was always one of the greatest and most tragic stories in Apex Legends and the Pathfinder Quest comic gave us a lot of lore behind pathfinders adventures and his backstory but this cinematic finally brought Pathfinders origin story and his creators to life. You get to see exactly who create Pathfinder and you will notice some familiar people. Actually you might have missed it but don't worry I point out exact who each of Pathfinders creators really are and how they are related to some famous people you might know. Hint, we have Wattsons grandmother, Gibraltar's grandfather, Human Ash and Horizons son Newton. We also learn the origin of Hi Friends, it turns out Newton gave Pathfinder the friends phrasing because Newton was the one that called everyone friend. It's really great to see apex legends giving us more lore about it's legends and they left the story open for Pathfinder with the fact that he has a child. Apex Legends did a great job with pathfinders lore and I can't wait to see what's next.
