We have finally made it to day 7 out of the 14 on our trek to the Canada! On this episode of the Idaho Backcountry Discovery Route, we arrived in McCall Idaho- a waypoint that we had kept in the back of our minds in case something happened to us along the way. As seen in the past episodes, one of our bikes, the XR650 had a total clutch failure from our bout with the high desert lightning storm on the way to Jarbidge, Nevada.. This made our McCall waypoint a huge relief as it gave us the perfect place to make repairs. Upon arrival, I broke out the tools and ran through a maintenance checklist for my FE501 and then rebuilt the clutch in the XR650! If it weren't for Rocky Mountain ATV/MC's responsiveness, we would have never gotten the parts we needed in time. After leaving, we embarked on the last stretch of our route before finally entering the legendary Magruder Corridor..
