Legendary chef Dominique Ansel has been a leading innovator in the world of pastries since opening his namesake bakery in 2011. Best known as the creator of the iconic Cronut®, Ansel constantly strives to evoke emotions and memory in every pastry creation. Some of his most popular inventions include the Cookie Shot, the Frozen S’more, and the Strawberry Jam Jar made using 3D printing. His latest bakery, Papa d’Amour, opened in May 2025 and brings together Asian and French bread cultures.
