When he’s enrolled in high school, Robbie quickly garners the unwanted attention of outcast MAX and the brooding CONNOR following a physical altercation with head jock DEAN. Meanwhile, Leticia evades journalist SAM’s invasive questions as she tries to re-establish herself following a grave loss. In order to ensure the deadly events from the past remain concealed, Robbie must adhere to Leticia’s strict directives, despite a newfound curiosity for rebellious teen life, a soulful desire to establish himself as his own, and the realization of a haunting truth – that he is responsible for Leticia’s son’s death and is now replacing him.
