It's Gumbo & Kimchi Jay and I came to San Antonio for my birthday about 3 years ago, so we decided to take his family. We wanted to show them how different and fun it is to stay on the Riverwalk and walk around. Sadly, it was very hot and they weren't used to that, so we didn't stay out as much, but they enjoyed it still :) Jay & I are used to walking around in the heat since it is also scorching in the summer in Louisiana. Next time we will come back all together when it is cooler so we can enjoy the outdoors more! We got to eat some yummy BBQ and spend quality time with family, so I would say this trip was definitely a success!
