Demo of how to control several VSTi's modulation-CC using only one miditrack in Cubase 11. The purpose of this demo is to show specifically how to control modulation-cc as it is often used to control the volume of string instruments in symphonic music. Normally, you have to open each instrument track and draw in the current modulation curve, and there will be many curves to sync for many different instrument tracks as they are often controlled by the same volume for the entire string orchestra. With my midi solution, you avoid this extra work, and can control everything based on one single miditrack. First I show how to control 5 instrument tracks from a miditrack. Then I'll show you how to control 12 instrument tracks from the same miditrack. With this technique, you can control an infinite number of instrument tracks from a single miditrack, and via this miditrack you can control not only modulation but also optional CC's such as expression, pitchwheel, volume, etc. Hope you like my tip :-)
