Try this simple Chocolate Mousse recipe today! #OlpersDairyCream #GoodnessBarhao #Food Fusion #happycookingtoyou #digitalammi Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3H9kpO1 Serves 5-6 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Gelatin powder 1 tbs -Water 3-4 tbs -Anday (Eggs) 6 (room temperature) -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbs -Vanilla essence 1 tsp -Olper's cream 200ml -Milk chocolate melted 250g -White chocolate melted 250g -Dark chocolate Directions: -In a bowl,add gelatin powder,water,mix well & let it soak for 4-5 minutes. -In a bowl,add eggs & separate egg yolks from egg whites in another bowl. -Beat egg whites with the help of beater until soft peaks form. -Gradually add caster sugar & beat until stiff peaks form. -Beat egg yolks in a separate bowl until it changes its color. -Add soaked gelatin & beat well. -Now add whisked egg yolk mixture in the whipped egg whites. -Add vanilla essence,cream,milk chocolate,white chocolate & mix until well combined. -In serving cups,add mousse mixture & refrigerate for 4-6 hours. -Garnish with dark chocolate & serve chilled!
