Mykolaiv Cognac Plant is the leader of cognac business in Ukraine!

The main asset of any cognac production is a collection of alcohols. Own cognac collection of Mykolaiv Cognac Plant is created at constant laboratory control. In their work, the technologists use a unique innovative approach: along with the main aging of cognac in oak barrels, the blend is further aged in wine barrels. This gives the cognacs a special softness. Barrels of Carpathian oak are used for aging of cognac alcohols, the age of the wood is at least 80 years, which takes at least three years of fermentation in natural conditions. The plant has installed Chalvignac French copper stills of Charente and Armagnac types, which are known all over the world and have been produced since 1948. The plant is equipped with an ultra-modern Italian bottling line with a capacity of 6,000 bottles per hour, and the total capacity of the plant can reach 24 million bottles per year.
