The Stimulus Checks Just CRASHED The Housing Market! | 2021 Housing CRISIS Is Getting WORSE

Millions of Americans are struggling right now due to the pandemic and the Stimulus package has officially been passed. The $1.9 Trillion Dollar Stimulus package is supposed to "help" the markets but the reality is it's doing the exact opposite. About $30 Billion Dollars will be going to the housing market to help keep things "stable". What this really means is the housing market is drowning and we need to inject it with billions to help it NOT collapse. This is a clear indication that the housing market is not safe and a housing crash could be near. What's happening right now is millions of americans are behind on their rental payments, mortgage payments and struggling to survive. This is causing millions of landlords and banks to not collect their money which in return can cause a housing crisis. As we keep hearing on the news the mortgage forbearance program, eviction moratorium and foreclosure moratorium are being extended. What this is causing is a delay in the housing market and it's true reactions to what is happening. In the housing market we are in a true real estate crisis. Home prices are so expensive and very competitive. Inventory is low, demand is high, interest rates are low and new construction homes are at all time high. Lumber prices are just SO expensive due to the shutdown we had for several months. Overall, trillions of dollars being injected into the markets is NOT healthy. Eventually someone will have to pay for this and it won't be pretty. Many people predict we are in a housing crisis, a housing collapse, a housing crash or even a real estate crash as a whole. Commercial Retail spaces and office spaces are struggling more then ever yet many are over looking it. The housing market is on fire and continues to get more expensive by the day. Nothing can be said for sure right now so long the Governments and President Joe Biden keep extending programs/help. Once those deadlines actually come to reality, the housing market is going to see a big slap. Could it be a foreclosure flood, a housing crash or an eviction crisis only time will tell.
