Follow this step-by-step guide to make a show-stopping Happy Birthday Cake that everyone will love! 🎂✨ #BirthdayCake #HomemadeCake #CakeRecipe #CelebrateWithLove Birthday Cake Recipe Ingredients for Egg Mixture: Eggs 5 Caster sugar 150 g Vanilla essence 1 tsp Ingredients for Dry Mixture: All-purpose flour 130 g Cocoa powder 20 g Baking powder 5 g Ingredients for Chocolate Cream: Cream 200 g Chocolate 200 g Whipping Cream 300 g Ingredients for Assembling: Prepared cake Chocolate cream as required Sugar syrup as required Blue whipped cream as required (blue food color 1/2 tsp + whipped cream 100 g) Purple whipped cream as required (purple food color 1/2 tsp + whipped cream 100 g) Pink whipped cream as required (pink food color 1/2 tsp + whipped cream 100 g) White edible pearls as required Directions for Egg Mixture Preparation: 1. In a bowl add eggs, caster sugar, vanilla essence and beat it well until fluffy and pale in color. Set aiside. Directions for Dry Mixture Preparation: 2. In a bowl add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and mix it well. Set aside. 3. Add this flour mixture gradually to the egg mixture. Fold it with the spatula. 4. Transfer this mixture to a greased baking mold. Method 1: Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 30-40 mins Method 2: Bake it in a preheated pot over low flame for 20-25 mins Directions for Chocolate Cream Preparation: 5. In a bowl add cream and microwave it for a minute. Add chocolate into it and mix it well until chocolate melts. 6. In a bowl add whipping cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form. 7. Take 100 g of whipped cream and add it to chocolate ganache and mix it well. Your chocolate cream is ready. Directions for Assembling: 8. In a 3 separate bowls add whipping cream and add 1/2 tsp of blue, pink and purple food color in them. Mix them well and set aside. 9. Take the sponge and cut it into 3 discs. Take one disc and drizzle sugar syrup on it. Add a layer of chocolate cream. Repeat this step 2 more times. 10. Cover the cake with chocolate cream frosting, then blue whipped cream and purple whipped cream. 11. Lastly decorate it with pink whipped cream and white edible pearls. 12.
