Here you must destroy the "Motherland" bomber before it can deploy its nuclear payload. As with the "Medusa" bombers, guided missiles are ineffective against the "Motherland", and it will attack you with auto-cannons at close range. The "Motherland" also launches UCAVs off the under-sides of its wings. Unlike the "Medusa" bombers, rockets seem to have little or no effect on the "Motherland", so the cannon is your weapon of choice here. You can also add missiles to your load-out to deal with the UCAVs, but generally I ignore them as they only seem to be equipped with cannon themselves, are fairly easy to out-run, and will delay your main objective (taking out the bomber). There are two tactics I find effective when attacking the "Motherland", which can be combined to some degree. The first is to close in on the bomber from behind at high-speed, quickly bringing your guns to bear and reducing exposure to the auto-cannon fire. The second is to send your wingman in to attack just ahead of you, diverting the auto-cannon fire away from you whilst you close into guns range (try to avoid almost colliding with your wingman, unlike myself). Either way, providing the majority of your rounds hit the bomber, it should only take two or three pilots to take it down. Ramming it may also cause damage; being the final mission you needn't worry about losing pilots.
