Canva is free unless you need any extra features (paid option is not necessary to follow the tutorial in this video). In this YouTube channel art tutorial, we will cover: the recommended YouTube banner size so your channel art shows up correctly on all screen formats (TV, desktop, mobile, and tablet), how to make a banner for YouTube in Canva, and if you do have a Photoshop account or wish to explore their free trial, I will show you how to use gradient tool for your Youtube banner background to make it look even more professional and sophisticated. I use the same strategy for my Youtube Thumbnails and I’m absolutely loving it. When your potential clients/subscribers land on your Youtube Channel, your Youtube banner is the first thing they see. Make sure it’s very clear what your channel is about and how your content is going to benefit them.
