Hyderabadi Mutton Masala Recipe is a famous Mutton recipe made using mutton cooked using various spices METHOD 1.Mutton - 1/2 kilo marinate it with Red chili powder - 2 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon Salt - 1 teaspoon Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon Mix and marinate for 30 minutes 2.Now let us prepare the mutton masala The ingredients are Roasted dried coconut - 10 gram Cashew nuts - 8 Roasted coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon Roasted cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon Peppercorns - 1 teaspoon Cloves - 4 Cardamom - 2 Cinnamon sticks - 2 Mace - 1 small piece Grind them along with a little water into a fine paste 3.Another masala to be prepared using 1 medium sized onion fried in 1 teaspoon oil grind this with 3 tablespoon yogurt into a fine paste 4.In a pan add 3 tablespoon oil and heat it To this oil add the marinated mutton and saute for 5 minutes 5.Then add 1 medium sized tomato cut into small pieces and cook till smooth 6.Add half a glass of water and cook till mutton turns 50% tender 7.Then add the yogurt and onion paste to the mutton gravy and saute for few minutes 8.Then add the coconut cashews paste and again saute for 3 minutes 9.Add water - 1 cup and let the curry boil then add few coriander leaves and diced green chilies - 1 10.Cook till mutton turns tender
