أحد أهم المشاكل التي يواجهها المتسوق أثناء قيامه بالتسوق هو معرفة السعر الحالي والحقيقي للسلعة، حيث أنه في حالات كثيرة، عدد المنتجات أكثر من عدد الأسعار الموجودة على الرف. والمتسوق يهتم كثيراً بحساب السعر الإجمالي لجميع المنتجات التي قام بشرائها قبل الذهاب للمحاسب، إضافةً إلى معرفة موقع المنتج المطلوب بدقة متناهية ... أما بالنسبة للشركات والمؤسسات، فهم يريدون تخفيض عدد العمالة والتكاليف المادية؛ حيث أن وضع سعر لكل منتج على الرف هو عمل مكلف ومرهق مادياً من ناحيتين، الأولى هي تعيين موظف لتأدية هذا العمل، والثانية من حيث تكاليف الطباعة وتحديثها كل فترة ... عامل آخر مهم هو الحفاظ على الوقت لكلا الطرفين: البائع والمشتري؛ فمن خلال تصميم وتنفيذ "عربة التسوق الذكية"؛ استطعنا التغلب على المشكلات المذكورة سابقاً والحفاظ على البيئة وتحقيق عوائد مادية للشركات ومعنوية للمجتمع ... .. .. .. One of the main issues a shopper may face during his/her shopping experience is to know the current and correct price of a certain item, as well as the total price of the items he/she picked up. In many situations, the number of items in the shelf is more than the prices attached to them. In addition, knowing the exact location of the item will make the shopping easier for the customer … From the companies’ point of view, they tend to reduce the number of employees and minimize their costs. There are two points should be considered: the first one is to put a specific employee for setting and updating the prices for every product in the store. The second point is the cost of printing the prices and update them every specific amount of time. Another important factor to consider is to save time for both buyer and seller. By designing and implementing our “Smart Shopping Cart”, we solved the mentioned problems, save the environment, and get financial and moral benefit for the merchants and society …
