In this excel tutorial I’ll show you how you can automate data entry using a built in form in excel What if you don’t even need to create a form. It’s already created. You don’t need to download any excel file also. Just access it and start working. Follow the instruction below and get your fillable data entry form in Excel. Step 1: Click on the “File” option Step 2: Click on “More” and then “Option” Step 3: Click on “Quick Access Toolbar” Step 4: Select “All Commands” from the dropdown. Step 5: Select “Form” and click “Add” and then “OK” Step 6: Write the header of all your field on your worksheet Step 7: Select the headers and click on Insert and then table Step 8: Select any cell inside your table Step 9: Click on the Form Button (that you just added) from the quick access toolbar. Done. Your form data entry form is ready and you can now start entering data. Important Notes: 1. This form can handle the data validations you have on your table 2.
