This video is a 1-99 OSRS F2P Cooking & Fishing Guide. It is part of my OSRS F2P skill guides video series and is a quick and easy to follow guide to get you skilling and levelling effectively in OSRS F2P. The guide is generally Ironman friendly, although the last. 2sections utilise the GE, so may not be of much use. This guide starts with a run through of any useful Quests, which in F2P, is limited to Cook's Assistant and optionally, X Marks the Spot My OSRS F2P Cooking & Fishing Guide starts with Fishing & Cooking Shrimp in Al Kharid from levels 1-20. It then moves on the Barbarian Village, Fishing & Cooking Trout & Salmon from levels 20-40. Fishing Salmon at the Barb Village is actually the fastest Fishing XP in F2P so arguably this method could, and should be followed all the way to level 99. I've then thrown in an additional area in the form of Karamja, which isn't as good xp as Barb Vill, but offers useful food and some GE profitability. The guide concludes with a method of levelling cooking that is not only the best method in F2P, but the best method in the game! Level 68 and wines is all I'll say!
