Guided Meditation for Anxiety & Fear Release | Let Go of What No Longer Serves

A guided meditation for working gently with anxiety, fear, and the inner patterns that no longer serve you. This practice is designed to help you loosen your grip on fear and reconnect with a more grounded, empowered state of being. The session begins with a brief reflection on anxiety and fear to help shift your perspective before moving into the meditation itself. (The practice begins at 5:52.) Over the course of this 45-minute journey, you’ll be invited to explore the roots of anxiety with compassion, learn to meet fear as it arises in your daily life, and begin to replace limiting patterns with more empowered, mindful responses. The meditation includes gentle breathwork, visualization, and encouragement to help you access a deeper sense of calm and clarity. This practice also pairs well with journaling afterward, offering space for further reflection and emotional integration. If you’re navigating PTSD or intense anxiety, please use your own discretion and pacing. Modify as needed, pause when you need to, and above all, approach this work with patience and care.
