The status of VCE ring main unit shall be on earth at all time before removing the cable box. 5. Install 6 XLPE cables (3 cables at incoming and 3 cables at outgoing). Next, use clamp to join cables and ensure the cables will not be removed easily. Assemble cable box back to ring main unit 6. Set the protection relay according to the transformer loads.
