Bashar.org tells us that the Ya’Yel (Yahyel) (the 5th hybrid race) will be the first hybrid race that comes to Earth to live here and help transform our planet. He also refers to them as the Shalanaya. Many humans have and are experiencing abductions which is part of this Hybrid Agenda. He speaks of First Contact with other races and once that occurs between 2023-2033/40 the next step is for the hybrid children, specifically these Yahyel children will come and live on Earth mostly in remote areas at first.
