Here the idea is to preserve the soft tissue and respect the soft tissue structures like the ligaments, the skin envelope and do a correction in the subchondral , that is below the cartilage plane or the subperiosteal pane. The same procedures are done but with a different method, with this method we go through the open tip approach or closed tip approach all the corrections are done beneath. This is thought to be more physiological. Who can undergo this is a primary nose, or person who has done a Rhinoplasty done before by another surgeon may not be a candidate or a person with dorsal hump, this is a good procedure to do.
