Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this trailer axle with the easy grease spindles. This is gonna be a great option for those of you who are needing to replace an axle on your trailer, or if you're building your own trailer and you're wanting more of a customized suspension system, this can work for that as well. But of course, there are lots of different sizes of axles out there, so you wanna make sure that you're getting the right one for you. This is a 1 3/4 quarter inch diameter round steel axle beam, it's got a max weight capacity of 2,000 pounds, so make sure that that's gonna work with your trailer's max weight capacity, and then the next thing you're gonna need to know is the length. So there's two different ways of measuring the length for this axle, the first is gonna be from our spring seats here, so this is where our leaf springs will mount, and these are welded to the bottom of our axle, so it's gonna give us a nice static reference point to measure from, so from the center of one spring seat to the center of the other, it's gonna be right at 58 inches. The other way to measure is gonna be from our hub face, now obviously, the hubs are not included with this axle, so it's gonna be kinda hard for us to measure from those right now, but if we we're to have hubs installed, from the outside flat edge of one hub face to the other is gonna be right at 72 inches. So again, make sure that that's gonna work for your application. If you have a need for a larger axle, longer or higher weight capacity, we do have lots of other options available for you here at etrailer.com to make sure you're getting the one that's gonna work best for you. So this axle does have a slight bend here in the center, that's gonna be our camber, so as our trailer is under load, it's going to ensure that our wheels and tires have a full road to tread contact across the whole width of the tire, so you're not gonna have to worry about uneven wear and that sort of thing, it's gonna provide a great straight line acceleration and towing for you, so it's nice to have that built-in camber there. Our spindles are welded to our axle using a patented welding process that actually allows the spindle to slide over the axle rather than having it butt up against it, so that's gonna create about a 40% stronger weld to help prevent spindle failure, it's also going to ensure proper spindle alignment, so everything is gonna be directly inline like it needs to be. You can see, this is welded in place in a straight formation, there's no drop to it, so it's gonna be great for those of you who need that straight spindle. This does also have the built-in grease zerk here, that's gonna make it much easier for you to keep everything lubricated in between your normal maintenance, so just hook up your grease gun, pump some grease in there, it's gonna shoot out from this hole here to help fill up that cavity with your hub to make sure that everything is staying well greased in between your normal maintenance. Our spring seats, like I said, they are welded to the bottom of our axle here, so that we can mount our leaf springs in the underslung orientation, that's gonna create a nice low ride height, make it much easier for us to load and unload our trailer. This does meet the CSA, QAI, and SAE-N certified standards, so you can trust it is going to do exactly what you need it to do, it's gonna hold up really well for you, and do a good job. It also comes with a limited lifetime warranty, so if you we're to have any problems with it, you're more than welcome to reach out to us here at etrailer.com. We're always happy to work with our customers to make sure you're getting good quality products and having a good experience. So like I said, make sure that weight capacity and length work for you, we do have other options if you're needing hubs, that sort of thing, we've got those available for you as well, there's other bigger weight capacities, lengths, and that sort of thing. So if this is going to meet your needs, I think this is gonna be a great option, I think you could be very happy with it, once you to get it installed, should do a great job for you. That's gonna complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching..
