The conference aims to stimulate dialogue among stakeholders of the scientific community to discuss practical aspects of implementing the principles of open science and innovation in Ukraine. The conference aims to explore viable solutions to address pressing issues such as uninterrupted access to research infrastructure, free access to full-text scholarly publications, the need to reform the system of research evaluation and accelerate the integration of Ukrainian science into the European Research Area by aligning with European Union policies on open science and data exchange formats. The discussions and presentations will result in recommendations for higher education institutions and research establishments. These recommendations will contribute to the implementation of practical measures and policies to support open science and innovation in Ukraine.
