James Coates, Ian Coates' son, says Calocane "made a mockery of the system" and "got away with murder" The Webber family also questioned the police response - before the attacks, there was an outstanding arrest warrant for Calocane for allegedly assaulting a police officer. Nottinghamshire Police's Assistant Chief Constable Rob Griffin said yesterday, "we should have done more to arrest him".
