By being aware of one’s value system and setting their priorities right. Yes, when nothing seems to work, when all roads come to a dead end, a light will guide you through the difficult times. Kavita Kaushik is a well-known and versatile actress who has featured on Indian Television and films for over 20 years now. Born to Bengali mother and Rajasthani father, she enjoys the best of both the beautiful cultures and their charm. She has also done several lead roles in Punjabi movies. She is most appreciated for her role as Inspector Chautala in the serial FIR. Some of her other notable serials include Kahaani Ghar Ghar ki, Kutumb, Saavdhaan India to name a few. With over 500 hours dedicated to training and teaching, she is also a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher.
