SECOND CHANNEL:    / @ultraspoons7743   NOTE: So most of you may be wondering what happened to Season 1 and why it is being discontinued. I'm here to finally answer. 1. Some of the original voice actors are unable to reprise their roles for future episodes. Object Mayhem Season 1 started when I was 13, so a lot of the original voice actors (including me) have went through puberty and are unable to voice act some characters they could years ago. Others are very busy with college and have no time to voice act at all. This had a huge impact on the show as most characters that lost voice actors were in the finals and others having big roles in future episodes planned. As much as I'd like to continue Season 1, I feel it is too late in the game to start recasting voice actors and having characters have a big voice change. 2. I didn't like the direction Season 1 was going. I felt I lost a lot of control of episodes and production, causing the show to lose its original edge. I also saw a lot of criticism regarding this too. Seeing the show slip in quality demotivated me to want to continue working on it. I knew the only way I would ever come back to make Object Mayhem was if I make a season 2 (kind of) and did it my own way. So that basically sums it up! I wasn't going to return to make Object Mayhem again, however I noticed the high demand for it, so why not? But this time, I do it the way I like! Make note, a lot of the original characters from Season 1 will also be in Season 2, so it isn't a complete change from Season 1.   / objectmayhem   Follow the official Object Mayhem twitter account!
