She said China's FDI inflow has achieved results better than expected this year. "Since this year, China's FDI inflow has grown rapidly, with results better than expected. From January to October, the actual use of FDI nationwide rose 17.8 percent year on year to 943.15 billion yuan. The actual use of foreign capital in the service industry rose 20.3 percent year on year to 752.52 billion yuan," said Shu. "China's economy has featured a steady operation overall and continuously recovered, maintaining comprehensive competitive advantages in supporting industries, infrastructures, human resources and business environment, while its mega market scale has become increasingly attractive to foreign investments, and foreign businesses' investment expectations and confidence in China are stable. Unless some special circumstances crop up, the FDI inflow throughout the year is expected to gain a double-digit growth, and achieve the target of stabilizing foreign investment for the whole year," said Shu. 商務部發言人舒覺亭週四在北京舉行的新聞發布會上表示，預計到 2021 年，中國大陸的外國直接投資 (FDI) 將實現兩位數的增長。 她說，今年中國外國直接投資 流入取得的成績好於預期。 “今年以來，我國對外直接投資流入增長較快，效果好於預期。1-10月，全國實際使用外資9431.5億元，同比增長17.8%。服務業實際使用外資7525.2億元，同比增長20.3%。”舒說。 “中國經濟運行總體平穩、持續回升，在產業、基礎設施、人力資源、營商環境等方面保持綜合競爭優勢，同時其龐大的市場規模對外資的吸引力越來越大，外商對華投資預期和信心保持穩定。除非出現特殊情況，全年外國直接投資流入有望實現兩位數增長，實現全年穩外資目標。”舒說。
