It provides a single application for all document-related activities. The application has different tabs for its various functions, such as: Insights: It enables informed decision-making by providing an insight into task management which entails document updates, reviews, and completion across roles. Calendar: This tab comes with many features such as adding and managing invites/tasks, adding customized notes along with the invite, and a comprehensive search of documents as well as events. Manage Application: The admin can add or update users, give access according to the user’s roles, and configure workflows. An automatic email with login details is sent to users once they are added to the system. Documents access, attributes visibility, user creations, etc. can be restricted via Role Based Access Control. Dashboard: It shows all the documents to the users based on their roles. The document has an edit feature, and if a policy leader wants to see all the changes that have been made, they can do that by using the event log feature. A review date can also be set for the assigned user. Archive: The documents can be archived from the dashboard and this tab contains only archived documents. Published: All the documents that have been published can be accessed here. Templates: Any document can be used as a template by using the assign feature on the dashboard which can then be used for creating a new document Media: Any audio or video files are saved here. Recycle Bin: All the deleted documents are moved here and it has a recovery feature in case the document has been deleted by mistake. Manage Document: It allows users to create folders and sub-folders and move the documents accordingly.
