In today's video we're going to deconstruct and rebuild my dawless desk! When I moved into this space I was in the middle of a project of monthly music releases and needed to get setup as quickly as possible. I was never happy with what I put together, but it was functional and I needed something easy that could have quick turnaround. Now that my Future Fade project is done, I want to take some time to do a total revamp of the studio in a way that I’m stoked to create in. In today’s video we’re going to start this process The main choices for building a Dawless Setups consist of a brain/sampler, then deciding on what synths/drum machines you want to also use for both midi sequencing and live performances.
