Recipe for 23L: 33L tap water adjusted to BeerSmith3's Hoppy water profile (I added 2 litres to account for water absorption by the hops. ______________________ 7.3kg Maris Otter (85.6%) 523g Pilsen Malt (6.1%) 165g Crystal Malt - 60L (1.9%) 165g Flaked Oats (1.9%) ______________________ 72g Fresh Challenger @60 min 32g Fresh Challenger @45 min 60g Fresh Challenger @15 min 221g Challenger @ flameout with a 15 minute hop stand at 80°c ______________________ Kveik Voss Yeast ______________________ Mash @ 67ºC for 60 mins Boil for 60 mins ______________________ Original Gravity: 1.071 Final Gravity: 1.014 ABV: 7.4% IBUs: ???
