Annie Murphy Springer & Dan Arendt talk about the upcoming B 50 Event the weekend of September 1st & 2nd. The B50 Festival celebrates the 50th Anniversary of Alfred Hitchcock's most famous movie, 'The Birds,' that was released in 1963. Sunday & Monday (September 1st & 2nd), Hitchcock enthusiasts have a rare opportunity to visit the only remaining original film locations. There will be rare docent led tours inside the historic Potter Schoolhouse; made famous in 'The Birds' and also included will be tours of St. Teresa of Avila Church, the oldest continuously operated church in Sonoma County. All proceeds from B50 and the Kick-Off event will go to the Rancho Bodega Historical Society and the Bodega Land Trust, two worthy non-profit organizations which strive to preserve the history and open space of the Bodega area.
