[Sweet Bread Recipe]Making Mocha Bread Sheet for Mable Loaf with espresso [Gourmet Apron 416]

===== Ingredients ===== -For dough All purpose Flour 440 g Sugar 3 Tbsp Active dry yeast 1/4 Tsp Salt 1/4 Tsp Warm water 130 ml Heavy cream 100 g Butter 40 g -For Mocha dough All purpose flour 50 g Butter 20 g Sugar 4 Tbsp Chocolate chip 50 g Milk+Coffee(espresso)=130 g ===== Recipe ===== -Making plain dough Warm water, sugar, yeast into bowl and let activate yeast for about 5 minutes. Put flour, sugar, salt into a large bowl and pour yeast mixture. Mix until all dough come together. Knead by hand until smooth surface. Cover dough and keep to warm place(I keep inside of oven. just turn on the light) Let rise until double in size about 50-60 minutes. Stretch the dough. Let it rest for about 15 minutes. Stretch the dough again & roll into flat rectangle shape.Place the sweet dough onto half side of the dough & fold in half. Pinch the end of dough & divide into 3 pieces of rope. Braided &place the dough on baking pan &let it rise until double in size. After 30-40 minutes. Preheat oven for 190°C or 375°F. Bake for 25-30 minutes. -Making Mocha dough Add all ingredients & mix well. Put the microwave for about 30 -60 seconds.
