SATURN-FPKG is a tool which allows jailbroken PS4 users to easily build their own Sega Saturn packed PKG files to install. All that's needed is a Saturn game in a single BIN format, a few photos of your choice, and a few minutes of your time to get the game packaged up into a PKG file. Be warned: this does rely on emulation, and so far does not have anywhere near the compatibility we saw with the PS2 emulator on PS4!
