A really bad day docking my sailboat

From a docking perspective, I have been feeling pretty confident and satisfied. I have been using the same technique pretty much regardless of the wind and tide. And it has been working very well for me. Unfortunately, on this day the wind was very strong off of the starboard beam. And I kept drifting to the leeward too much and was not able to get into my slip.... a couple of nerve racking attempts. I did finally get in with no damage other than some fender smudges and a lot of damage to my pride. I should have made a strong pivot into the wind and and let it help blow me back into slip. More learning is definitely needed. Painful for me to watch. But this is exactly why I make my videos.
