On March 17th, 2023, officers in Ohio responded to a call from a local bar reporting an intoxicated female allegedly assaulting individuals in a public restroom. Upon officers' arrival, officers found the suspect's mother in a vehicle nearby in the parking lot. The suspect’s mother directed officers to her daughter, who was lying on the ground outside. As officers approached, the suspect, who was visibly intoxicated, attempted to walk away from officers. Concerned for her well-being, officers requested a medical evaluation. When one officer tried to assist her, the suspect aggressively attempted to strike him. The situation escalated as the suspect actively resisted arrest, assaulting an officer by biting his hand and forearm, continuing her physical resistance. She was eventually restrained by multiple officers and placed in a police vehicle, where she began to kick at the windows and doors. Her behavior led to her immediate transport to the station, where her violent outbursts prevented medical professionals from assessing her condition. In light of her actions at the scene and subsequent aggression at the station, where she even kicked another officer, law enforcement decided to transfer her directly to county jail.
