An introvert's guide to de-stress. This is by no means a "how to" video on self care, or an elaboration of a self care routine. I made this video simply because I feel that a lot of the times, we are so busy that we forget that we are not machines. （其實我諗應該冇乜人覺得我係內向：P）由細到大，我都覺得自己係一個外向嘅人，但係人越大就越覺得自己點解唔係好似自己幻想咁鍾意無時無刻都同其他人一齊。Anyway, at some point at work we did a personality test and I was classified as an introvert. 再睇多幾本書，發現其實內向嘅人都幾好吖。 It's been a rough 2 months. I was upset because I feel like I wasn't delivering enough. I wasn't giving my best at work, failing personal goals, declining fitness level... It was all too much to handle! I filmed this as my own therapy to de-stress (yea, even talking about it makes me feel better!). I realize these tips don't apply to everyone, but they work MAGIC for an introvert like me.
