You can easily build drop down menu in WordPress from 'Menus' option inside the 'Appearance' in your admin dashboard. The process is same for all the themes with the 'Appearance' option, or the classic themes. Didn't you know what classic themes are? WordPress themes are now categorized as Classic and Block themes. The themes that enable full site editing are called block themes, whereas the older themes without full support for full site editing are called classic themes. It means that popular themes like Astra, OceanWP, GeneratePress, Kadence, etc., are all Classic themes. Whereas the latest default theme Twenty Twenty-Two is a block theme.
