Here's a thorough lesson on how you create subtitles for videos - with a simple functionality on Youtube. This is a lesson from the course 'Strong Scripts'. Why? Because what it may lack in initial speed, it makes up for in professionalism. If you have put in the hours to create the video, you also want to make sure that the subtitles for your video are 100% on point. Therefore, you don't want to settle with any auto-sync or generated closed captions. My advice: Create the subtitles for your video from scratch. Listen to a sentence, copy paste the text for that sentence, and set the timing to match the exact start and end-point in the video.
