食材:A 红葱头 10粒 蒜头 8粒 香茅 6支 南姜 80g 白胡椒粉 1汤匙 芫荽粉 1汤匙 马来煎 50g 椰浆兩元 青菜材料:B 大青辣椒 6条 小青辣椒 6条 疯柑叶 12片 痳疯柑 4大粒(只用外皮青色) 九層塔 5束(只用葉子) 芫荽 5束(連根一起用) 做法: 1: 九層塔釆葉子洗净 2: 芫荽洗净切段 3: 麻疯柑葉洗净去掉中间硬支 4: 大小青辣椒洗净切块 5: 南姜去皮切片 6: 蒜头切片 7: 痳疯柑切皮只取外皮青色 8: 香茅切碎备 9: 红葱头切, 10: 马来煎小火炒香 11: 把A材料搅打成泥 12: B材料搅打成泥 熱鍋油把全部材料炒香,加入少许盐和鱼露调味,炒好后备用 煮青咖喱鸡: 1: 鸡腿3隻切块洗净 2: 巴刹買新鲜椰浆2元 3: 南姜5片 4: 痲疯葉去掉中间硬支 5: 热鍋油放入南姜和痳疯葉炒香 6: 加入1元的椰浆一起煮 7: 加入3汤匙青咖喱酱炒香 8: 加入少许水煮沸后 9: 加入鸡腿煮 10: 加入一碗清水一起煮沸 11: 加入小米辣 12: 加入鱼露1湯匙 13: 盖鍋盖燜鸡肉至熟 14: 在加入1元的椰浆煮沸完成,泰式青咖喱鸡 #泰式青咖喱鸡 #视频里教做泰式青咖喱酱 #视频里教煮泰式青咖喱鸡 #煮出香喷喷的泰式咖喱鸡 Ingredient for curry paste: Ingredient A: 10 shallots 8 garlic 6 lemon grass 80g galangal Pepper powder 1soup spoon Coriander powder 1soup spoon Fermented shrimp paste (belacan) 50g RM 2 of fresh coconut milk Ingredient B: 6 Green chili 6 bird's eye chili 12 pieces of Kaffir lime leaves 4 Kaffir lime (use only green skin) 5 stalks Basil (use only leaves) 5 stalks Coriander (whole stalk) Preparation of green curry paste: 1. Clean up basil leaves 2. Cut coriander into small pieces 3. Clean up kaffir lime leaves and remove the stalk in the middle 4. Clean up and cut chilies into pieces 5. Skinned and slice the galangal 6. Slice the garlic 7. Cut lemon grass into pieces 8. Cut shallots into cube 9. Fry the fermented shrimp paste till fragrance 10. Blend ingredient A and B 11. Heat up the wok and fried all ingredients till fragrance, add in salt and fish sources. 12. Set aside, can keep in fridge for future use Ingredients for green curry: 3 drumstick (cut into small pirces) RM 2 of coconut milk 5 pieces of galangal 12 pieces of kaffir lime leaves 3 bird's eyes chilies 1 bowl of plain water Recipe: 1. Heat the wok, fry galangal and kaffir lime leaves till fragrant 2. Add in half of the coconut milk 3。Add in 3 soup spoon of the green curry paste 4。Add in a little water and cook till fragrant 5。Add in drumstick 6。Add in a bowl of water and chilies 7。Cook with low heat until drumstick is cooked 8。Add balance of the coconut milk 9。Green curry chicken is ready
