Chicken Tikka Naan Wrap Makes 3| Prep & Cooking 15 mins 600g pkt Coles Free Range RSPCA Chicken Leg Fillet Tikka ½ red onion, thinly sliced 2 tbs red wine vinegar 2 tsp caster sugar 1 tsp salt ½ cup (140g) Coles Greek Style Natural Yoghurt ½ Lebanese cucumber, chopped finely 1 tbsp shredded mint 250g pkt Coles Indian Naan Plain 1 cup shredded cos lettuce 6 perino tomatoes, sliced  1. Heat a lightly oiled barbecue grill or chargrill on medium-high. Cook chicken,turning half way, for 10 mins or until cooked through. 2. Meanwhile, combine the onion, vinegar, sugar and salt in a small bowl. Set aside for 10 mins to soften. Drain well. 3. Combine yoghurt, cucumber and mint in a small bowl. 4. Add naan to barbecue grill or pan for the final few minutes of the chicken cooking and char on both sides for about 2 mins or until charred and heated through. 5. To serve, top each naan with lettuce, tomato, chicken, yoghurt mixture and onion mixture.
