With its traditional red and white fishermen’s cabins located along the coast and picturesque peaks around the fjord Reinefjorden, the village has earned a reputation as the most beautiful village of Europe. This video shows the quiet village of Reine, neighboring villages of Hamnoy and Sakrisoy, and covers also a hike to the mount Reinebringen. Reinebringen trail has recently been renovated into a steep staircase and leads to one the most famous viewpoints on the Lofoten Islands. The summit provides breathtaking views over Reinefjorden, surrounding mountains, and several small, historic villages below. Almost all places in the Lofoten Islands are very picturesque, but the village of Reine and the mount Reinebringen are truly appealing locations with many tourists coming here each year.
