For the old car, we’ve got our hands on a 20-year-old E46 BMW M3, and we’re about to compare it to a G82 M4. When it comes to the E46, it’s about 4.5 meters long and 1.8 meters wide. As for the new M4, it’s about 30cm longer and 10cm wider! This is because it’s had to incorporate a number of factors, such as a stiffer chassis and better suspension, mainly because its 3-litre twin-turbo pumps out around 190hp more than the E46!
