Heshan Jayasinghe, the boxing captain of St. Sylvester's College, Kandy is the youngest member of the national boxing team that is participating in the upcoming ASBC U22 and Youth Asian Boxing Championships in Kazakhstan from the 27th of April to the 8th of May. He has competed in many national-level amateur tournaments and has won three gold medals from the School Boys Boxing championship and the Stubbs Shield. Heshan’s amazing skills inside the ring are a testament to the long legacy of great boxers from St. Sylvester's College, Kandy.
