Reimagining the flying experience for India India is one of the fastest-growing passenger aviation industry in the world. By the year 2022, we are expecting to reach the figure of 50 crore for domestic travellers. With this much passenger traffic comes the challenge of creating a unified & streamlined travel experience for the passenger that they will enjoy & cherish. Our team at Designit worked with Government of India to create a digital framework for air travel in India that will enhance passenger experience & strengthen the security at the airport at the same time. This was a design-led approach, & the outcome of this study finally made it to the national aviation policy in India by the name, ‘Digi-Yatra’.
