GTA San Andreas take FI Monster to LVPD impound

This is not the way to take it to Los Santos but the way to take it to Las Venturas instead. There are several spots all over the map where you can undrown vehicles this is just one. Note that you could undrown the Monster in Santa Maria Beach and then use the same technique used with the FI Police Ranger but since this vehicle is much taller it's a lot harder to push it to the underwater undrowning spots.
