How to Warp a Frame Loom

Learn how to put a warp onto your frame loom and get good tension in preparation for weaving. The video will show you how to both single warp and double warp the loom. Single warping is quicker and is suitable for chunkier yarns and fibres and double warping is better for more detailed weaving, for example if you want to create shapes. In this video I am showing you how to warp a DIY frame loom (see previous video tutorial to make your own loom here:    • How to Make a Frame Loom out of a Woo...   ). There are quite a few different styles of frame loom but you can apply a lot of what is covered in this video to most of them. I will make a separate video to show you how to warp a frame loom with a heddle bar. If you have any questions or struggles, please just get in touch and I will help as best I can.
